Arthur Shearlaw is a trained teacher and has spent over 10 years working for schools, colleges, charities, NGO’s and universities delivering sustainability and climate focussed projects to young people. This has led him to have a good understanding of the intersect between the education and sustainability sectors and what is needed to ensure young people are equipped with the skills and knowledge to tackle an increasingly uncertain future.

He has experience of working in Higher Education, delivering multiple projects aimed at inspiring the next generation of climate leaders, including collaborations across London universities. Arthur is an expert facilitator and is a strong advocate for young people’s voices, particularly in the climate space.

Most recently he has founded his own organisation, Climate Jams, aimed at empowering young people to be catalysts for change by providing opportunities to tackle climate and sustainability challenges in a real-world setting.
