Lucie is a dedicated Operations Manager with a strong background in technical project management and operational support. She has built a successful career through her hands-on approach and commitment to excellence. At SUMS, she focuses on reviewing and renewing in-house processes, systems, and solutions to ensure resilience and growth. This work boosts productivity, benefiting staff, members, and clients.

Lucie excels in managing and executing complex technical projects. She quickly rolled out new hardware to over 50 users, supported 250+ UK employees as a Service Desk Manager, and managed the technical transition during a company merger. She also orchestrated the fit-out of three new offices, developed innovative software solutions, and delivered comprehensive in-house training.

Her expertise includes technical project management, operational support, SharePoint training and development, solution procurement, and SQL Database development.

Lucie’s proactive mantra is: “The answer is yes, now what is the question. As long as it is technically possible, morally right, and a business case would be approved, I’m happy to give most things a try.” She is an optimist, always seeing the glass as half full and finding a win in any situation.

Outside of work, Lucie is a devoted mother of two, enjoys walking her dog, has a passion for live music and musical theatre, and cheers on Fulham as they bounce up and down the leagues!
