In the UK, Emma played a key role in leading a charity-wide change program, and on the international stage, she has worked closely with colleagues in the US to develop an International Peer Network Programme, connecting HR practitioners across the globe. She has also spoken at various HR events across the globe, including CUPA-HR’s spring conference in April 2024.
