Based in the UK but with German ancestry, David has delivered transformation projects in countries including China, India, Hungary, Poland, Serbia and the Baltic states. Previously Director of Operations at one of the UK’s largest universities, he helped develop the business plan for several overseas branch campuses and has since supported performance improvement projects at many of the world’s most prestigious institutions, including Oxford, Cambridge and UCL.
He has a Masters degree in Public Management from one of the UK’s leading business schools and is a PRINCE2 and MSP practitioner.
