Reina has a deep understanding of business performance improvement and digital transformation gained through fluency in Finance, Marketing, Technology and Digital. In addition, she has extensive international exposure working with senior stakeholders across multiple time zones and geographies including Europe, South America and US.
As well as Consulting experience in public sector bodies such as University of Kingston, University of East Anglia (UEA), Transport for Greater Manchester, City of London and Borough of Tower Hamlets Reina has nearly 2 decades of private sector Strategy, Finance and IT experience at Disney, Endemol, Danone UK&I, OCS, Teya (Fintech), Contiki Travel and many others.
As a Senior Consultant in the 2023 IT Assessment at UEA, Reina was able to identify significant areas for savings which are currently being incorporated into the Universities new Target Operating Model.
Reina is originally from Malaysia and speaks Mandarin and Malay. She is a passionate foodie (skilled in both preparation and consumption) and global traveller having visited over 50 countries! Outside work she is a keen coral reef Scuba diver.
