Pippa supports institutions through complex change by combining robust evidence gathering with practical, people-centred approaches, helping universities design services that are effective, future-focused, and aligned to strategic priorities.

Pippa has worked across a wide range of organisational design and change assignments, supporting universities to assess current-state service delivery, develop clear design principles, and prepare organisations for future-state transformation. She brings strong experience in managing change at both programme and workstream level, working closely with leadership teams and service leads to build understanding of proposed changes and to foster engagement throughout the design process. Her approach balances analytical rigour with a deep understanding of organisational culture and stakeholder needs.

Her work also draws on her expertise in sustainability strategy and systems thinking, enabling institutions to embed long-term environmental and social value into their strategic and operational models.

  • University of Plymouth – structured review of services and activities to translate detailed operational insight into practical improvement opportunities
  • University of Northampton – development of the University’s sustainability strategy and scope 3 baseline calculations
