Lucy brings a unique perspective to the SUMS Group’s projects as her skills and experience in organisation design combine with a passion for and understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace. More than 10% of the workforce are neurodiverse and if target operating models represent the art of the possible then knowing how to harness and benefit from this diversity is a key factor in the success of major change.
Based in Bristol, Lucy’s prior career has seen her deliver target operating model projects for organisations ranging from the National Crime Agency (NCA) to GCHQ and the National Police Chiefs Council. She also worked as a Senior Change Manager at the University of Bristol where her contributions to their transformation ambitions spanned the reams of digital, HR, finance and the development of the University’s new campus at Temple Quarter. A skilled facilitator and trainer, she has delivered multiple successful projects for stakeholders ranging from executive teams in the C-suite through to front line, student-facing staff.
Lucy is also an accredited AMPG Change Management Practitioner.
Away from higher education, Lucy is the founder and director of a social enterprise which seeks to build the future of work for neuro-divergent young people through the development of work experience opportunities which develop employability skills alongside self-awareness and inclusive practices.
