Gayle joined SUMS in 2025. Prior to this, she supported the University of Law in developing and delivering a Target Operating Model (TOM) which included a full Student Information System (Ellucian SIS) replacement.

As a senior business transformation leader, Gayle partners with members and clients to drive complex, organisation wide change. Her expertise spans the design and delivery of strategic programmes, from Target Operating Models (TOM) to major Student Information System (SIS) implementations that streamline operations, enhance the student experience, and deliver measurable cost efficiencies. Working alongside leadership teams, Gayle excels at translating ambitious strategic goals into practical, sustainable outcomes.

Outside of work, Gayle has a campervan which she packs up to go adventuring, enjoying the great outdoors, visiting historical sites, castles and stately homes. Her children often tell stories of them eating picnics in the rain!
