SUMS’ International Peer Network Programme is a 12-month programme which will seek to foster positive organisational culture, professional growth and mutual support within the global higher education sector. We would pair individuals up and facilitate discussions with participants from member and non-member institutions across the Globe.

How does it work?
The programme allows institutions to share insights and knowledge on regional challenges and opportunities for their own development and to gain insight.
Individuals wishing to participate in the IPNP should submit the nomination form (available at the bottom of this page), which outlines their current experiences and aspirations for the programme.
SUMS Consulting will pair individuals up and facilitate discussions over a 12-month period.

The IPNP is suitable for anyone working within a professional HR / People role in a Global University.
