Kieron Broadhead is Deputy Vice-President (Operations) at the University of Southampton, leading all non‑academic student‑facing services and championing a coherent, end‑to‑end student journey.
With senior roles across Southampton, Goldsmiths and Hull, he has delivered major organisational change, reshaped Professional Service functions, and built teams that support diverse and global communities.
A long‑standing advocate of internationalisation, Kieron works closely with global partners and alumni to strengthen the university’s worldwide reach and last year led the University’s project to open the world’s first branch campus in India.
His experience offers practical insights into transforming complex institutions from within — from aligning services around user’s needs to creating conditions where staff and students can thrive.
