This Community of Practice Group brings together change management professionals from the Higher Education sector to discuss change management theory and practice - challenges, barriers, and tools and techniques to overcome these in the sector.
Join us for our first in-person session since the start of the pandemic, which will be hosted by SUMS at Arden University, Coventry.
This session will be focused on 'Harnessing the role of middle managers as agents of change'. We will explore the intersection between the role of change champions and middle managers as change agents. We will consider different models/approaches to establishing change champion networks in the sector; the pros and cons of each model; competencies; and the challenges of maintaining viable networks in a hybrid environment.
