A SUMS Roundtable: Strategic Workforce, Talent and Succession Planning

EVENT DETAILS

Timings: 10:00 - 14:00

Join SUMS specialist Emma Ogden along with Rhiannon Birch for a in-person discussion on skills gaps, turnover, changing business requirements and talent risks. The complexity and urgency of these challenges make it feel impossible to plan for a workforce for over a 12-month period. However, developing and implementing an agile and dynamic workforce plan can empower your institution to thrive amid these challenges.

SUMS’ Strategic Workforce Planning session transforms the theory of workforce planning into actionable reality by providing you with a practical methodology and tools that you can implement immediately.

This session is designed for HR professionals who already have a foundational understanding of workforce planning and are looking to deepen their expertise. Topics covered will include:

  • The workforce planning cycle
  • Interpreting data for meaningful analysis
  • Aligning workforce planning with talent management and succession planning
  • The stages of workforce planning and key deliverables
  • Tools and techniques to engage and influence stakeholders
