We are delighted to be joining GuildHE members to introduce the Organisational Efficiency Maturity Assessment (OEMA) tool, designed to help institutions reflect on and improve how they plan, manage resources, and deliver their core activities.

During this session, SUMS and AHUA colleagues will:
- introduce the free OEMA tool and its underlying framework
- explore how it can support institutional planning and efficiency
- provide an opportunity to test the tool and share feedback.
