We are pleased to announce that Nick Pidgeon, SUMS Managing Consultant, will be delivering a session with Jisc at the BUFDG Annual Meeting 2026.
The BUFDG Annual Meeting is an in-person event for university CFOs/FDs. It's a unique opportunity to meet colleagues, share challenges, and gain high-level, higher education-specific finance knowledge.
Session 4A - Strategic collaboration: efficiency and transformation projects with Jisc and SUMS

In the session, SUMS and Jisc will talk about the work that both organisations have been doing to address the brief set out in the Universities UK Transformation and Efficiency Taskforce report. Nick will cover the Organisational Efficiency Maturity Assessment - developed by SUMS in partnership with AHUA - demonstrating the power of the tool and providing an update on progress since its launch in early February.
