SMS Roundtable: Strategic Workforce Planning

Join SUMS specialists in HR and Strategic Planning, Emma Ogden and Rhiannon Birch, for an interactive virtual roundtable to explore what needs to be in place for you to develop strategic workforce planning, and thereafter to deliver the benefits. The session will look at how to make best use of institutional data and resources and specifically how to improve collaboration between HR and Strategic Planning.
