Oyster Outcomes
We partner with Oyster Outcomes Ltd; a values based, people first organisation, with a depth of expertise at successfully working in higher education. Oyster Outcomes provides coaching services to SUMS members in exchange for SUMS membership days. This comprehensively includes 1:1 coaching, team coaching, coaching, coaching supervision and mentoring, and has seen Oyster support SUMS members including the University of Hertfordshire, University of Surrey and Queen Mary University of London. SUMS also endorses Oyster’s mental health and wellbeing training services to members complementing SUMS’ work to develop mental health and wellbeing strategies with members.
